Here I am, tandem climbing, with Carl Cornett at Whiteside Mountain (650 feet) in the Nantahala National Forest. It was a fine morning, until the clouds rolled in and only rained on the two of us on rope. Everyone else in our group had rain-free rappels and climbs.
